Head Chef – Independent Award Winning City Pub/restaurant – London £40k +Bonus Head chef- £40,000 plus performance related bonus based on 8 shifts per week 5/7days Our client is seeking a high quality Head chef for their independent and simple, innovative pub food that’s based in the City of London The food is all prepared fresh and of the highest quality and set within a relaxed and vibrant environment. They are open for breakfast onwards including a takeout menu to a 3 course meal following the seasons, bar snacks and weekend brunchAs head chef you will manage the total team of 8 chefs, develop menus and be financially responsible for the running of the kitchen that serves up to 150 covers per day You will be working for a high profile independent company that is highly respected in the industry and by their peers  Your background will be as current Head chef or senior sous chef with a stable career to date working in quality independent fresh food restaurants or gastros to Rosette standards Evening and weekend shifts will be required for this leading city based pub Head chef- £40,000 plus performance related bonus based on 8 shifts per week 5/7days.
