The Cherry Tree in East Dulwich is looking for a great Head Chef to lead this successful, hard working team and produce amazing, fresh food.

Successful candidates will have all the nuts and bolts of experience expected of a great Head Chef (great leadership and communication, due diligence, stocks, supplier relationships, General Practitioner ’s, training) and will have experience of delivering a seasonal core menu with frequently changing specials based around simple rustic dishes, bold flavours and seasonal produce. Most importantly, we really need you to have bags and bags of energy, a hunger to learn and a passion for great British pubs. You must also have a great eye for detail and be proud to deliver non-pretentious but outstanding fresh, British seasonal food.
