Head Chefs: If food is your passion then we have the perfect role for you. We are looking for an experienced head chef to head up the team at our restaurant.
The kitchen restaurant specialised in modern kosher cosine with Mediterranean flavours.
We are looking for a strong and creative head chef to lead the team. The right applicant will need to be able to work seamlessly under pressure and be able to ensure the highest levels of consistency. Creative ability, time management and an eye for detail are all prerequisites.
What are We are looking for in you?
experience in leading a kitchen team
Menu Planning and Writing
Strong Creative ability to create new dishes.
In depth knowledge of stock and recipe management.
Staff development and recruitment skills
