We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, career minded Head Chef with a good work ethic to be part of our brigade. We need people with a passion for delivering a high standard of service and who can handle a very busy restaurant.
The ideal Head Chef candidate should have an experience in working for a successful restaurant, knowledge of kitchen skills, be flexible and passionate, and possess an eye for detail.
You will be a very experienced Head Chef who has a volume of experience and enjoys working with fresh, great quality ingredients.
As the Head Chef you should be financially aware, as you will be responsible for controlling costs in line with business levels together with ensuring health and safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
