We're looking for a charismatic head chef to control service at Stokey Bears for new sites we will be opening in Hackney and Islington. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic chef with good level of skills and appetite to learn new skills and techniques. The candidate must have excellent attention to health and hygiene, be presentable, friendly and able to work as one of the key players in the team. You'll be expected to run the kitchen alone after training as well as head of a team.

This is a full time role with a minimum of 45 hours required per week. With two days off per week and mainly working afternoon/evening shifts only.

Stokey Bears is an independent burger restaurant that only uses the best ingredients and has won various awards and gets lots of press, Evening standard voted us 4th best burger in London).
We will be launching a new menu so a chance to work with the owners on new dishes and ideas.
