An exciting opportunity has become available for an Executive Head Chef within one of London's leading Event Caterers. Our client is situated in Tower Bridge area and has a varied high-end portfolio of customers regularly used for Weddings, Private Events, VIP shows and local events.

Our client is currently seeking dynamic, food trendy, and vibrant chef to take full control of production, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities will include;

To work closely with the Operations and Managing Director to ensure the.
Smooth running of the property and events.
Implement menus and dishes
The training and management of junior members of the brigade.
Help maintain General Practitioner % and targets.
Maintaining a friendly and professional environment.

We are looking for a talented individual who has experience in working in events.
Volume and Fine Dining experience
Excellent man-management skills
