Parched Ltd is a proudly independent company with a passion for hospitality. Our growing family of venues, spread throughout South London are looking for a Head Chef at one of our Pubs in Peckham Rye – The Montpelier.
What we are looking for-
- experience in leading in a high quality British cuisine kitchen in a similar gastro pub or restaurant environment at a Head Chef or Sous Chef level.
- A passion for seasonal British ingredients and cooking.
- Commercially minded (experience in managing the Food GPs/menu costing)
-Strong Leadership and Management Skills
-Excellent communicator ( fluent English needed)
-Creative, friendly and energetic.
-Ability to train others
-Excellent food hygiene/health and safety standards.

- Salary of £30-35k depending on experience.
- Maximum 45 hour working week and flexible shifts.

- We have a long term close working relationship with small local farm with excellent produce and visits can be worked into working timetable for butchery or curing.
