We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Head Chef to join our lively team! Exhibit Bars have to vibrant bar + restaurants in Balham and Streatham Hill. We are looking for a Head Chef to manage both venues with food sales of circa £15k per week. Our main business is evening and weekends with Sundays being the highlight of the week with our famous roasts. We our loved for our brunches and inventive ever changing menu. The right Head Chef will be focused on driving high food quality, be creative with their food menu, control costs rigorously and support with the development of the team.
