Head Chef – up to £40,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client are a group of restaurants and bars with expansion plans in the next 12 months. Great Grill, Smoked and BBQ food menu, lively atmosphere and an excellent drink offering.
If you are:
• Passionate with solid experience in a busy restaurant or gastro pub
• Able to motivate a team effectively
• Able to take full control of costs, budgets and all financial accountability
• Enthusiastic and reliable with good ideas for new dishes
• An excellent communicator that can work in busy site and liaise with customers
• A good leader with the ability to manage a team
• Full of energy to deliver incredible and consistent service in a high quality environment
• A Head Chef with previous experience as this is essential for this position.
