They're seeking a strong, self motivated and hands on head chef who can lead the team of up to 8 chefs for their busy site The kitchen is not the biggest, therefore you must be highly organised in your work and at service times. You will come from a similar quality food led business ideally with volume experience and with a minimum 3 years as a head chef and managing at least 8 chefs You will be creative with your seasonal menus and understand the limitations of the kitchen due to the size and storage areas This is a great position for a driven head chef with energy and who still likes to get Stuck in and cookAs the head chef you will be responsible for all menus, costings and back of house procedures.
