We are looking for a handyman to help with the maintenance and letting of our properties. The position requires you to be responsible for basic maintenance (mainly painting and decorating and odd jobs such as installing clothes rails; fitting wardrobes; laying wooden floors; replacing door handles and locks; laying shirting boards ect along with managing the keys to ensure all the properties are available to show the agents when required. The role requires a target driven team player. You must be able to buy materials from Wickes, B and Q or another builders merchant ect. In terms of lettings, you would be responsible for doing the necessary maintenance so that the properties are in a good condition for the agents to show. You would also be expected to provide monthly property inspection reports.
We offers a fixed monthly salary plus the opportunity to earn substantial commission.
