Self Employed HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE MAN for Properties in the London area.
Adilsons Properties Ltd are seeking an experienced Handyma
• Reliablen with the following Carpenter/Plumber/Electrician skills:
Painting, decorating, flooring, plastering, tiling, basic plumbing, basic electrics,
Lock fitting, carpentry, removals, flat pack furniture, general maintenance and repairs.

A rewarding position is available for the right candidate and you will be reporting to the Property Manager on a daily basis.
We require:
• Previous experience in Properties or similar environment
• Working and able to travel and work between properties
• Flexible with time and must be on call in emergencies
• Must be able to do various jobs in all of our properties
• Flexible
• Able to communicate well verbally/written
• Able to work evenings and weekends as and when required
• Must have use of own tools and have own work van
• Punctual
• Use of personal mobile
• Good work ethic
