Handy Man Needed
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9-6pm
Saturdays 10-5:30
Must be flexible.
Working with a flat share, room let company, rooms will become available very fast, hence we need strong candidates to join a fast and efficient team of engineers.
Duties as handyman include
Plumbing
Carpentry
Light electrical works
Painting and decorating
Emergency call outs
Tiling
Cleaning (check in/check out of rooms)
And use silicone neatly is especially important.
Furniture delivery
Some training can be provided, and some experience will be required. As stated in addition to these core handyman duties you will be meeting tenants on a daily basis and would be expected to communicate with them in a friendly and professional manner to ensure all properties you visit are up to legal standards and tenants are happy.

Must be 25 plus with full UK driving licence for (insurance purposes) tools and van/car provided.
