We are a busy property company based in Central London and are looking for a multi skilled maintenance person to work with us.
The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out property maintenance jobs, both planned and reactive. You will need to be experienced at decorating, tiling, fixing, electrics, plumbing, carpentry and changing locks.
The successful candidate will need to have to be able to use their initiative, have the ability to multi task and have good time management skills. You will need to be able to work alone and have a flexible approach and a willingness to approach new tasks. Good spoken and written English is essential.
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5:30pm
Salary: £25, 000 per annum
Clean driving licence required and own vehicle is desirable.
Ideal candidate will be Gas Safe registered and will have been CRB checked.
The main roles will be to:

Assess maintenance required and carry out the work.
To see through to completion, any jobs
To be polite and courteous to tenants at all times.
To provide emergency call-out maintenance when required.
To liaise with external contractors and suppliers when required.
