We are a Company Landlord with a large portfolio of flats and Houses in E14 and N1. We are looking for a Handyman to maintain and service our properties.
Each day is very different. Duties would vary from dropping off keys, replacing light bulbs, securing shelves, to securing waste pipes from leaks, resetting boilers, painting, fitting/repairing locks.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has basic knowledge and experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and electric.
Expect hours to be varied and flexible but as standard we are looking at 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday, sometimes Saturdays if there are any emergencies.
The candidate must hold a valid driving licence and preferably to have his own car/van, and tools.
