Job Requirements:
Reporting into the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for performing preventative and regular maintenance and repairs to all apartments planning and providing all routine, planned and emergency maintenance requirements across all apartments. You will ensure that you always comply with Health and Safety Regulations, keep planned work to the given timescale, and ensure your environment and equipment is always kept clean and safe and free from hazard.
The successful candidate will have a broad range of maintenance experience covering areas like plumbing, electrics, basic handyman tasks and painting and decorating.
You will occasionally be required to cover some deep cleaning tasks in the apartments too such as carpet cleaning and window cleaning. We are looking for a candidate that has experience in this area, will deliver excellent maintenance service, has a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and is willing to learn and grow with the role. Someone who can prioritise urgent work as well as ensure periodical work is carried out.
Where Will You Be Working?
All our apartments are in central London. Your operating base will be our Strand office from where most apartments are within walking distance.
