Each of our restaurants delivers a distinctly different experience, from Bone Daddies’ ramen to Flesh and Buns’ sushi and steamed buns and Shackfuyu’s Kare Pane and Kinako French Toast: Bone Daddies specialises in beautifully crafted, Japanese-inspired food that tastes great.
Having opened 7 restaurants (5 Bone Daddies, Flesh and Buns, Shackfuyu) since 2012 we plan to continue our growth at a steady pace.
Each restaurant offers its own unique variety of in-house made cocktails as well as an extensive list of Sake.
Due to our expansion, we are now looking for a Groups Bar Manager/Multi Unit Bar Manager to help oversee all the sites.
The role:
-- Developing new drinks/cocktails to compliment the variety of dishes within each existing restaurant as well as creating/suggesting new drinks for sites/brands
- Overseeing all stock control within the sites, with the support of the managers and bartenders
- Sourcing fresh produce and drinks when required as well as building and maintaining relationships with current and future suppliers
- Assisting the team with controlling COS
- Training new bartenders within each site and ensuring ongoing training and development
- Assisting with recruitment of bartenders for all sites
The person:
- Knows how to work hard but still have fun
- Passionate about delivering high standards at all times
- Experienced in overseeing numerous sites with various degrees of turnover
- Proven ability to drive/improve drinks General Practitioner
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experienced in training new staff and maintaining a strong relationship
- Willing to learn about Japanese culture, food, drinks and ingredients to fully embed yourself into the brand
- experience using FNB shop/fourth hospitality would be an advantage but not essential.
