Bar Manager Position - Stunning City Restaurant - Mon to Fri
This fabulous City based, premium bar and restaurant business is currently looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join their team in heart of the Square Mile.
This is a high end restaurant specialising in seafood and steak which is all wholly fresh.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Managing an experienced team
• Rotas and team scheduling
• Stock takes and ordering
• Full financial accountability for your department
• Maintaining and exceeding standards
This role is very hands on and operational, we require the Bar Manager to be a key face of the business and thrive in a full on busy environment. Good wine and cocktail knowledge is very important in this position.
You will be bubbly and friendly with a real genuine passion for hospitality.
Personal and professional presentation must be 100% at all times.
