The Forza bar role will focus on maintaining and developing our existing bar menu to a level we're all proud of. It's good enough now, but could be loads better. We have exceptional links into the industry for both wine, Beers and spirits and we make all of our own softdrinks. We embrace creativity, taste new things everyday and are as passionate about the industry as any you can find.

You'll report directly to the General Manager and be fully responsible for the drinks sales and will need to ensure the Bar is clean, organised, profitable and your staff are passionate about the product and well trained.

We are based in Peckham and are open 5 days a week. Wednesday to Sunday for lunch 12-3 then evening 6-11:30pm.
