We are now looking for a General Manager to join our ever growing team.
Ben's Canteen is a dynamic company based in South West London which is hitting all the right notes. We are an independent business, open from 9am until midnight every day. The style of service evolves throughout the day from artisan coffee and indulgent brunches to dining accompanied by one of our much celebrated cocktails and craft Beers. Two successful sites now in operation and now its time to open number 3.
Now, we’re looking for a career driven General Manager who matches our passion for quality food, service and exceeding expectations to take our success to the next level.
As a General Manager, you’ll have genuine influence in how your restaurant is run. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, introduce new initiatives and lead with autonomy, to build, coach, motivate and inspire your own team. Amongst others the successful candidate/s should embody the following attributes.
