Established growing independent company in South West London is in search of a General Manager for relaunch of a popular premium cocktail and Small plate dining venue.
Role includes scope to work on the build and launch of bigger 2nd venue in the new year, with the possibility to moving into a multi-site, or Ops role moving forwards. (Both sites in the Clapham / Battersea area).
Salary - £35k + package.
Ideal candidates will have great all round experience in General Management, including Cost Control, Marketing, Maximising Sales, Wage and Stock Control, training and championing great customer service.
A strong interest in Wines, Beers, Cocktails and Spirits and Quality fresh food also key to the role.
