We are looking for a GM with lots of ambition and enthusiasm to join our team at a new site in central London.
Successful candidates will have the following.
Previous experience as a Manger in a busy, quality driven company - experience of a restaurant opening would put you at an advantage.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with challenges on the spot.
A real passion for providing hospitality and serving people great food.
A desire to bring your personality to the restaurant and the team, making sure that customers have an amazing experience, every time.
A willingness to learn and explore new flavours, dishes and ingredients
The ability to maintain and uphold strong company values and be responsible for staff welfare and act as a signpost for your team.

We will pay a very competitive salary beginning at a minimum of £35,000 p/a plus bonus for our successful candidate.
Full training will be given.
