Disrepute is an intimate members’ bar and cocktail lounge in the heart of Soho. Inspired by the rich history Soho in the 50s and early 60s and by the past incarnations of the venue, the site of the infamous Pinstripe Club, we offer our guests a mix of classical and modern thinking when it comes to our drinks and style of service. The establishment and counterculture are themes explored and engaged via all the senses in our offering.
Opened in January 2022, we’re already building a great reputation within the industry and receive nothing but great feedback from our guests. This has been built from the core of a small creative team, delivering personalised service and drinks to a consistently high standard. We are seeking a General Manager to lead this team, push them to higher heights and use their immaculate guest care to continue to delight anyone who walks through our doors.
You should be knowledgeable and technically adept when it comes to cocktails and be excited to contribute to the development of the drinks programme, as well as the continuous development of the team. It is a given that you will be comfortable with back of house systems, have an organised and structured approach to work, intimate knowledge of P and L and be business savvy. What will differentiate you will be your ability to lead, inspire and delight at every turn and have the passion and drive to deliver an amazing service every time.
We are a small cocktail bar with big ambitions and in turn, are offering an exceptional package for the right candidate with a great number staff benefits. Basic salary from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum PLUS service charge PLUS P and L related bonus.
