We are currently looking for an General Manager to lead the Fen Bar at Fenchurch Street Station The RoleAs General Manager for the Fen Bar at Fenchurch Street Station, you will be leading your team to deliver outstanding levels of friendly customer service within a branded environment as well as coaching and developing their people to be the stars of the future. Ultimately, you will support the bar and take ownership for the quality of service from your team and the financial performance of your unit - it's as good as running your own business but with the support and fantastic development opportunities of working with a world wide market leading food-service company. Trading is 10am to 11pm and closed on a Sunday.The DetailsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of managing a diverse team of people in a bar, licensed restaurant or similar environment. You will also need experience of managing set company or 'brand' operating standards and achieving KPI results. You will also need an awareness and previous experience of the financial controls required when running a unit - cost control and P and L reviews.
