What we are looking for:
- We are recruiting for a dynamic and hardworking General Manager with the passion and skills needed to open a new site, build and inspire a new team and deliver exceptional service.
- You will currently be working as a General Manager or Assistant Manager, in a fast paced and high volume environment
- Experienced in Rota management, stock control and driving sales and profit
- A real foodie with unwavering high standards, excited about delivering a great experience
