The search is on for a driven and enthusiastic General Manager for a new and exciting Gastro Pub we are opening in the heart of Southwark, London SE1.
We are expanding our Cattle Grid pub concept currently trading at ‘The Earlsfield’ SW18. We will serve a high quality and varied food menu throughout the venue, in a modern pub style environment. Our entertainment line-up will offer everything from Live band performances, DJ’s, craft beer events, themed party nights and major sporting events. The venue will mirror the energy of the streets it serves in both the daytime and Evening.
We will involve the Manager in all aspects of the business. Our ideal candidate will have the skill set and character to thrive in a high paced sometimes challenging atmosphere. Show consideration when it comes to controlling costs and margins. Have an ongoing ability to care and attend to both their staff, venue and customers in equal measure.
A £40k + performance related salary is on offer and a chance to become part of a growing and passionate company.
