SSP are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join and lead the team at our Ed's Easy Diner at Westfield, White City. Based within Debenhams, this is a classic American diner serving great burgers and other fast food in a restaurant environment.The RoleWe are looking for a confident and experienced General Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service within this busy American concept restaurant.The DetailsTo be successful in this role, you will need: * Restaurant Management experience within a similar high-volume location * Able to inspire fast and friendly customer service within your team, take standards to the next level and therefore growing sales. * A keen eye for detail and standards so therefore a knowledge of the expectations and structured processes required working within a branded environment. * Sound commercial financial acumen and knowledge of the financial controls required when running a hospitality operation - cost control, driving sales, reviewing the P and L and checking reports and systems to monitor financial performance.The BenefitsIn addition to a competitive salary of up to £22,000, you can earn up to 30% performance-related bonus (on achievement of KPI's), 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), superb learning/ development and career progression opportunities, ongoing support from head office functions, discounts, pension and healthcare (after qualifying period) plus many other benefits.
