GENERAL MANAGER – Peckham
We are recruiting for a General Manager for our new site in Peckham. We're looking for someone with at least three years of management experience (preferably at GM level). A dynamic, hard working person with broad range of experience and interests, who will be excellent at managing a front-of-house team, and will also have expertise in stock control, Rota management, project planning and can juggle the variety of skills needed to open a new site. It is essential that the right candidate can prioritise, multitask and motivate a brand-new team. Time spent working and/or living locally will be a huge help.
After the initial opening phase the role will require a 45 hour week and a combination of day and night shifts. Salary and bonus scheme dependent on experience.
