Working Hrs: 5 Days / 7 Shifts (46 – 50 hrs)

7 day operation – busy for lunch and dinner throughout the week
Hrs: 12pm to 3pm / 6pm to 10pm Mon to Saturday / from 12pm to 6pm Sunday
Role
Working closely with the Head chef and with the support of FOH team and Assistant Manager, responsibilities include:
Overseeing the daily smooth running of the entire operation
Managing and organising FOH team, ensuring the delivery of excellent service levels and guest satisfaction on a consistent basis
Ordering of stock, inventory control and stock audits
Team hiring, training and development, personnel files
Daily admin, weekly figure reporting and due diligence files and procedures
Monthly P and L meetings with Owners (re: sales, purchasing and labour targets)
Developing new business ideas and marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and raise venue profile (local and online)

Salary and Benefits
Starting on £28,000 – £32,000 pa (rising in line with sales performance)
Permanent full-time contract subject to standard 3 months probationary period incl.
