We are counting down the days until we open our second Baba Boom in the centre of Wimbledon and we’re on the hunt for a General Manager to join the team and launch our new restaurant.
Our first Baba Boom is on Battersea Rise in Clapham Junction and we are looking at more restaurants in London in 2022 and beyond.

- We’re a charcoal kebab kitchen – cooking up great plates of higher welfare meat with punchy vegetable sidekicks on freshly made Persian flatbreads
- Our huge Mangal charcoal grill is the heart of our restaurant

What we are looking for:
- An leader with restaurant experience as a GM – either branded or independent.
- Someone that is just as happy being at the coal face with customers as they are delivering processes and also being strategic with their people plan – we’ll be a lean management team so we need those who can get work independently across their business.
- A people person. You take genuine interest in helping others succeed and lead by example.
- A real food fan. ¾ of our menu will be made from scratch on site, so a passion for ensuring everything is prepped in a consistently excellent manner is essential.
