General Manager Vacancy The Euston FlyerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a new General Manager to take the lead at the Euston Flyer.The Euston Flyer has been a favourite of commuters, tourists and locals who have passed through either Euston Station or Kings Cross St Pancras for many years. This traditional pub on Euston Road provides the ideal spot for a number of demographics and is well known for tourists looking to plan their day and local office workers looking for a spot of lunch or post work pint. Sport plays a large role at the Euston Flyer with both Sky and BT Sport on the screens people will come from far to enjoy their game of choice whether that be Football, Rugby or Tennis.The Euston Flyer has its complexities including its high turnover and raised space at the back of the business allows for private functions for up to 30 people. The full sports package means plenty of opportunity to promote events inside the pub for varying sporting competitions. There is also big potential for growth in the business with Tottenham playing home games at Wembley next season.We are looking for an experienced General Manager to continue the great work at the Flyer and drive the business forward further. experience running a site with a sport aspect is important and a key interested in sport would be ideal. Relationship building is key here and we are looking for someone who can build relationships with the local businesses to drive sales but also with the local pubs in the area and the stations to allow for good communication between business, especially during busy event days in London. Someone with high turnover experience would be beneficial however a manager who has experience delivering high food volumes is equally important. This is a Live Out position.
