Charlotte's Group is an independent, award-winning, leading British hospitality group, with three sites in West London. We are currently recruiting for the General Manager position at our flagship all day modern British brasserie - Charlotte's W5 in Ealing Broadway. This is a crucial appointment for us and we really are looking for an exceptional candidate who wants to contribute to the continued success of our business and grow with us as we look to the future.

Charlotte's W5 is the youngest in the Charlotte's family. We opened in 2021 with a mission to create a local hub for the vibrant Ealing community. Our lovingly restored 130 cover stable block and stunning 100 cover terrace is a multi purpose space designed to feel just as comfortable visiting on your own as with a large group.
The venue is built for business, or pleasure or both!  We open from 8am to midnight 7days a week covering all the bases - cafe, bar, restaurant, workspace and events - and all with the creative high quality food, drink and hospitality we've become famous for. We currently hold a Michelin Bib Gourmand, are working towards AA Rosettes and have targeted a host of other awards!

Good knowledge and a keen interest in wine, beer, cocktails, spirits, coffee, tea (and softs!) is essential as our drinks offering plays as significant role in the business as our food. Our food menus change monthly focusing on the finest British seasonal ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the country. A keen interest in contemporary British food is therefore also a pre-requisite.
