The ideal candidate will:

Have a solid background as a GM
Have experience in managing wet-led environments.
Be comfortable with P and Ls
Have a good head for hiring and training the right people.
Be a self starter
Be comfortable with driving sales in and out of the venue.
Will be ambitious and look for progression.
Be able to take initiative
