We are looking for a extremely passionate Assistant General Manager to join our team in Shoreditch.
Our Shoreditch Site is a 500 capacity themed Cocktail bar and restaurant with a night club in the basement level.
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager with strong leadership and training skills with experience in cocktails and food businesses as well as Dealing with Licensing Laws and Inspections.
The role requires an experienced manager, with a proven history of working in quality, high volume Bars and Clubs with a strong food and service focus.
You will be responsible for the following areas of the business
Due Diligence and compliance
Food safety
Labour controls and Rota’s
Staff training, Recruitment
P and L accountability
You will also be involved in Budgeting, Sales Driving plans, progression planning, Forecasting and capex planning.
