We are currently looking for an experienced General Manager for a plant based organic fast casual dining concept due to open in July in East London, Shoreditch. Genesis is an expression of a plant based worldwide movement. More than a restaurant, Genesis will be London’s ultimate healthy hang out. A cool, sociable and buzzing place serving delicious food that both meat eaters and vegan will devour!
The site will be an all day dining restaurant and take away open from breakfast to dinner, it will also deliver the first ever truly healthy and organic vegan fast casual food to the streets of London.

Salary on offer

£35,000 Per annum plus KPI bonuses (up to £12,000 per annum)

Requirements

High Volume Background experience (at least 2 years at General manager level)
Interested in Veganism and Healthy Eating and Nutrition.
Stock Control
Health and Safety
Training and development of the Junior Staff.
Be a real Hands on manager
Reliable and Accountable
