As General Manager with an already solid skill set, we'll train you so that you're a pro at running every department as part of your ongoing development.
About you:
-Great people manager with a genuine focus on training.
-Solid knowledge of General Practitioner control, yield management and minimising wastage.
-Passionate about delivering amazing service.
-Happy, positive, friendly and guest focused.
-Previous experience as a General Manager within a premium branded restaurant, gastro-pub, cocktail bar or experience venue.
