We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team as a General Manager at our Bexleyheath Brewers Fayre.
This 200 cover restaurant is situated in the middle of a busy town which means you get to experience a real mix of guest profiles from families, to couples or our business guests form the adjoining Premier Inn.
With a 80/20 dry let split, this site takes on average 20K per week. We are looking for a candidate that has a real passion for delivering a sales focused business by creating a fun and engaging culture within site with the teams. Driving the team to ensure we leave a positive lasting memory with all of our guests will also be a key focus area for any General Manager within the business to ensure we ‘serve up great memories’ everyday.
