The General Manager:
Managing all aspects of your hotel Full financial accountability for the hotel Efficiently overseeing strategic planning, sales and marketing Must have strong London 'rooms' experience Leading the commercial division including sales and revenue on property Handling budgeting and forecasting Ensuring a culture of continuous improvement Making sure staff are constantly motivated and enthusiastic and performing to the highest standard.
The Candidate:
Minimum 3 years at Senior Management level in a branded 3 or 4 star Hotel Minimum 3 years of current London experience Involved in Sales, Business Development and Revenue Management Understanding of all operational and financial aspect Financially astute and full business acumen Strong leadership skills Good brand awareness and ability to implement new standards Strong communicator - oral and written.
