DF Mexico is a fresh and exciting new concept. We do things a little differently and fuse Mexican flavours and American Diner culture for a unique food experience. We currently have restaurants in Shoreditch, Tottenham Court Road and the new Pergola Paddington. We also do festivals and anywhere we can share our love for Tacos!

This role would suit a strong 2nd in command from a restaurant or QSR background, or a current General Manager looking for a new challenge.
