We are currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for the family friendly football pub in Tottenham.

Rose Pubs is an Independent Company with a number of venues in London and the North of the UK. It is important to us that each site has its own identity and Managers are encouraged and supported to develop their venue to offer the best customer experience possible reflected in year on year growth. We are now seeking a talented General Manager to join us.

General Manager – The Role
The Beehive is situated in the heart of Tottenham, a few minutes’ walk from Bruce Grove Station. Family friendly with a large outside area, serving home-made food and local craft Beers. With djs till late on the weekends and of course showing all football games, the Beehive has a lot to offer an experienced General Manager that wants to get their teeth Stuck in.
With Tottenham’s imminent regeneration including the new Football ground, match days see The Beehive at peak trading. The key to success for any General Manager at this site is organisation, drive and ambition.
You must be committed to your role, not afraid of hard Graft, long hours and late nights. Our General Managers are expected to lead their team on the front line, being present on the bar and available to help the promoter with any requests. This role is not suited to someone who likes to manage from an office!
What we look for in our General Managers:
• Personality, drive and ambition.
• Good understanding of P and Ls;, Stocks, GPs, compliance.
• Ability to drive and implement changes
• Knowledge of the industry and how to provide the customer with an unforgettable experience.
• Great eye for detail
• Focus and experience with staff training and development and how to get the best out of your team.
