The Common is a new all day casual dining restaurant and bar that opened in Willesden Junction in June 2021. It is part of a 500 young professionals residential site with an additional 500 person co-working space set to open in 2022. There is also a gym on site and local convenience store. Both the bar and restaurant are open to the public. 
 
From our General Manager we want someone who will take ownership of this business, some one with experience of managing both front and back of house and knows how to inspire the team to do great things. We will in turn give full autonomy of the running of the whole restaurant within our brand frameworks.
We want someone who is hands on, cares and is passionate about the space, who is organized and self motivated and able to facilitate the delivery of great customer service, an awesome food and drink product and, with the right support, exceeds the targets set.
