Our client is one of the UK's leading 5 a side footbal centre operators. They are going through a continued period of growth and development and have an exciting opportunity and are looking to recruit an industry leading General Manager to join their team.
We are seeking an operationally experienced and service led general manager to take charge and raise the bar even higher in terms of customer engagement and service delivery.
With a natural aptitude for business and a passion for brand standards, you will have responsibility for the day to day operations that will include: Health and Safety, Brand and financial compliance, team training and development.
The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 1 years general management experience, managing a large multi revenue stream leisure business. You must also have a strong focus on Operations and driving business performance.
