Front of House Receptionist Required

Office Concierge is a leading provider of Corporate Reception Management services in Central London, supporting a large portfolio of prestigious clients in the West End and the City.
We are currently recruiting for a prestigious building in the heart of the City. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist/ 5*Customer Service candidate who is keen to step into a role working in a dynamic and highly professional environment.
• Providing an excellent level of customer service and a warm and welcoming meet and greet at reception
• Taking on any ad-hoc administrative duties in line with Building Management and Occupier requirements.
• Ensuring the ‘front of house’ and public space of the building is presentable at all times
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An extremely well-presented and polished appearance
• Good computer skills and confidence in adapting to new systems
• Positive, proactive, professional can-do attitude and show 100% commitment to the role
• Bubbly, upbeat and warm personality with the ability to adapt to different tenants occupying the building
• A quick learner who is able to use their own initiative.
About the role:
Salary: £15,210.00 per annum
Hours: 30 hour week
Shift pattern: 1300 hrs – 1900 hrs Monday – Friday
Team size: Team of 3 receptionists
