Independent Modern British/contemporary restaurant in Covent Garden with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal and sustainable produce using modern cooking techniques for lunch dinner and Saturday brunch.
Jar Kitchen has an amazing young, enthusiastic team, including talented and knowledgeable Head Chef and Sous who have worked in some of the best kitchens in the world. An opportunity to work in this small, highly motivated team and bring your own ideas to fruition. You will be working in a state of the art kitchen with all the Toys a chef could desire: Sous vide, thermomix, dehydrator etc.
We are looking for a CDP who is confident in the kitchen and will be able to bring passion and creativity to the role.

You will be working alongside the talented chefs in all aspects of the kitchen, from prep, to plating up.
