We are currently looking for an experienced Breakfast – Brunch Chef/ CDP to be a part of our team at Silverberry Deli Kitchen in Hampstead, London.As a Breakfast – Brunch Chef / CDP.
Your primary role will be to oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of the meals in our eatery. Duties associated with your role will be including: assisting your team members in their sections in preparing, cooking and presenting flavoursome dishes; enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen and troubleshooting any problems that may occur.
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes Managing and training any commis working with you Helping the other team members to develop new dishes and menus Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins Silverberry’s offer to you: Competitive salary based on experience, performance related bonuses, paid breaks, paid food.
As we are open 7am to 7pm there is lots of social time for your self. It would be early start and finish at late afternoon or late start and closing. There will be no split shifts. Apply within.
