Earn £20k if you are average, £35k if you’re good and £50k plus if you’re great. We hire star performers, not backgrounds. Young or old – if you have the stuff, we’ll know. We have a superb reputation and need real stars to bring in the best accounts.The Sales Negotiator role will require you to carry out viewings, negotiate offers and progress these through to completion. The right candidate will be proactive and self motivated.
Main duties and responsibilities

Generate new and repeat business opportunities viewings and lettings • Achieve pre-agreed individual and office targets • Liaise and negotiate between tenants and landlords • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all clients • Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first class level of customer service at all times.

Terms and conditions
SALARY: Starting salary from £13k + basic per annum depending on experience + uncapped commission, company perks and FANTASTIC OTE.
Hours: office hours are 8:45am – 7pm monday to thursday, 8:45am – 6pm friday and 8:45am to 5.00pm on saturday - set day off during the week.
ANNUAL LEAVE: 28 days per year pro rata from starting date.
