Barista required for central London coffee shop.
Everbean is an independent coffee shop/cafe in the heart of Mayfair. We take pride in serving excellent coffee made by skilled baristas and delicious homemade food and cakes.
We are looking for baristas who are committed to high quality output, service and have meticulous attention to detail to join our service team.
The right candidate should have:
- experience in making high quality coffee and be familiar with grind differentiation and latte art.
- experience of front of house service in a busy cafe environment.
- a friendly, mature and cheerful demeanour.
- the ability to multitask, work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- perfect English and excellent communication skills.
- the ability to work as part of a small team in all areas of food and drink service.
- be self-motivated and proactive and have an eagerness and willingness to happily help out with other sections of the cafe.
