The Directors have a hands-on approach in the day-to-day running of the business which ensures that all of our clients needs are met and exceeded. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator in our Brockley office. We need a self-motivated, well presented, confident team player with great customer service and communication skills. The role of a Negotiator is both varied and exciting. You will become a public face of our company, dealing with a variety of people and enquiries every day.
A typical day will include: a team meeting, registering applicants, booking appointments, liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other professionals, arranging and carrying out viewings, vendor viewing feedback, negotiating sales and tracking sales through to completion.
A good telephone manner and a full driving license are essential.
Whilst industry experience is welcome, it is not necessary as full and ongoing training is provided. In fact, many of our most successful negotiators have come from a variety of backgrounds and industries.
SALARY: £14,000 per annum (Basic Salary) / £25,000 OTE (uncapped)
