Lòfinda, a Startup online wedding services marketing/advertising business is seeking an intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including the social media, on a voluntary basis.
With our website at the final stages of development, we aim to begin a social media campaign from 21st August 2022. Additionally, we have in the pipeline an exciting business launch/exhibition project scheduled for November 2022 (TBC).
The right intern for this position will have proven content building skills on various social media platforms especially Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. They will have strong self motivational skills as they will solely be managing this department.
The intern will work from home and hand-in-hand with the founder, update the business' various social media platforms a number of times every day for the duration of the internship.
The intern will be expected to meet with the founder either on the phone, face-to-face or via Skype at least once a week to touch base about the week's activities.
It has been a long time coming and we at Lòfinda are very excited to share this exciting launch with an intern hoping to gain a ton of great online experience and be involved in new projects.
Responsibilities
Contribute to website redesign project in various ways
Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc
Website and social media optimization
Keyword analysis
Cost/benefit analysis
Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
Assist with fulfillment of marketing offers
Assist with execution of trade shows and exhibitions
Place sponsored ads
Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
Prepare presentations
Enter contact information into contact management systems
Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
Assist with updating the company website as required
Duration
6 - 8 weeks with the possibility of paid extension after this period.
