We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Development/Head Chefs for an Indian Street Food Restaurant for a new opening in London. If you have experience running all aspects of an Indian Street food kitchen, this opportunity is for you. You will be responsible for daily operations of the Kitchen
As a Chef you will be -
Running all aspect of a fresh food kitchens
Training, motivating and developing the team
Creating and Maintaining Standard Processes for Kitchen
Developing and Implementing the Menu
Establishing the High Standards
Being Consistent in Taste and Standards of the Food
Running the Kitchen and back house Operations
Managing the Stock
Following and implementing Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards
The Successful Candidate must-
Have previous experience in Indian Restaurant
Have the right to legally reside and work in the UK without any restrictions or limitations
Be able to work within a Team
Be fully aware and competent to manage food hygiene
Hours - Total 40/48 Hours per week working on any 5/6 days of week between the hours of 8 AM to 11 PM
We will offer-
Annual Salary £32,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
28 Days Annual Holidays including Bank Holidays
Support and Training from Management.
